Jeremy Thomas is the co-founder and CEO of 1st Pass Healthcare Solutions.  Mr. Thomas serves as the Managing Member and is responsible for the overall strategic growth and development of the company.  Jeremy brings over 24 years of pre-hospital emergency medical service experience including more than 20 years as a healthcare administrator.

Mr. Thomas is a partner in a variety of healthcare companies including NavCentral  (a post-acute and transitional care management company), MedCon Medical Services (a physician practice management company), Medical Jets International (an airplane air medical operation), as well as a ground ambulance company.

Prior to 1st Pass, Jeremy was the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President with Allegiance Ambulance.  Mr. Thomas was responsible for strategic operations, clinical practice, education, and business development of a 75 unit operation. His role included the development, implementation, and strategic oversight of significant changes to the billing and revenue management process, managing total revenue of more than $75M annually and over 100,000 claims.

Jeremy has a degree in Emergency Medical Service Professions, holds a National and Texas Paramedic License, Texas EMS Instructor, and is a Certified Flight Paramedic. He assisted the Board for Critical Care Transport Paramedic Certification with the development of the first Internationally Accredited Flight Paramedic examination.  Jeremy has served on multiple local and state boards.  He is an Affiliate faculty for the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and was the Texas State Delegate for the International Association of Flight Paramedics.
